“ By his luminous fresco, the artist wishes to evoke the principles of life and healing; he also wants to take the viewer out of ethnocentrism, to bring him to discover a non-Western visual language, and to arouse his interest in the traditions of Colombian indigenous people, whose territories are always more threatened and with them the inhabitants, their way of life , their knowledge.”
