The light installation Natura primitiva by Mimmo Paladino is one of the works chosen to represent peace with five works by as many contemporary artists, for an initiative promoted by the Department of Culture and the Cultural Activities Department of Rome Capital. Artist Lights for Peace is the event that aims to symbolically illuminate Rome and invite reflection on what is happening in the world. In the innovative work by Mimmo Paladino, created by Marianolight as a scenography for ‘La Notte della Taranta’, the comet represents a tribute to Christmas and merges with an astral astronomical concept, underlined by the presence of numbers.
